Nestled amidst the breathtaking Alpine landscape in Ried, the Bohrerhof Apartments, with forest and meadows in front of the house, offer the ideal retreat for active families, nature lovers, and anyone who loves country life! Whether cycling, hiking, or skiing – everyone will find something to their liking here. In winter, the ski bus stop in front of the house provides quick and easy access to the nearby ski slopes, and in summer, numerous hiking and biking trails invite you to explore the surrounding area.
Our family-friendly holiday apartments are ideal for a well-deserved break. The parking space ensures a hassle-free arrival, while the ski storage room offers the convenience of safely storing your equipment. Cyclists can enjoy a bicycle parking area with a charging station, allowing them to explore the impressive surroundings on two wheels.

About Us
This is us!
Herbert (not in the photo), the farmer and landlord.
Matthias, Herbert's son, future farmer, locksmith, husband of Andrea and father of a sometimes noisy bunch of rascals.
Andrea, Matthias' wife, girl for everything that has to do with the farm and rentals, house and farm gardener, nurse and mother of Valentina, Jakob and Katharina.
Our farm, newly built in the 1970s in the center of Ried, has hosted quite a few guests. Franz and Leni (some of you may still remember them) have been renting rooms since the beginning. In 2017, our family (Andrea and Matthias) was growing, so we stopped renting out the rooms and converted the first floor for ourselves – which is now well-filled. Herbert is on the ground floor, near the stable. In 2023, we decided to give the second floor an update and rent it out again – this time as vacation apartments. Throughout 2024, we renovated everything ourselves, with a lot of sweat and heart and soul, installed new windows, and converted to a wood-burning heating system. We are now happy to finally welcome you and hope you feel as much at home here on the farm as we do.

Excursion tips
Experience country life and nature up close with us. The forest, meadows, and mountains right on our doorstep invite you to all sorts of explorations. Enjoy the peace and quiet on a long walk through the forest and meadows, observe all kinds of animals around our house, climb one of the surrounding mountains, drink fresh spring water from one of our countless fountains, hit the slopes, or take a leisurely bike ride along the Ziller River – boredom is sure to be hard to come by here.
